  * Team upload.

  * Bump debhelper compat to 10, changes:

    - Drop dh-autoreconf build dependency
  * Update watch file to use GitHub releases.
  * Drop patches applied upstream, refresh remaining patches.
  * Update filenames for docs.
  * Add systemd service & tmpfiles.d configuration.
