ns3 (3.35+dfsg-1) unstable; urgency=medium

  * New upstream release (see /usr/share/doc/ns3/NEWS).
  * d/control: Bump debhelper dependency to 13.
    - Add ImageMagick/policy.xml to d/not-installed to please dh_missing.
  * d/rules: Remove -Wl,--as-needed from LDFLAGS as it is now the
    default for bullseye (thx, Lintian).
