As a bugfix release, 0.3.9 is now out.

Fixes:
— Miscellaneous Debian lintian cleanups (manpage)
— Arg split is now quote aware, so Cygwin paths work
— Move to -std=gnu99 C, to avoid “strict” problems.

Fixed a stupid logic error in the configuration code, which exhibited oddly as key bindings not stacking. 
One of the hazards of having your bindings built in =P
