Hi, when I try install npm and libxmlsec1-dev, it crash with an error with conflict:

apt-get install npm libxmlsec1-dev

libxmlsec1-dev : Depend: libssl-dev (>= 1.0.0) but it is not going to be installed

Also, xmlsec with pip3 with npm installed not is possible install.

After to do any tests, the problem are this packages:

libssl-dev
libssl1.0-dev

This packages are required by both packages

libxmlsec1-dev needs libssl-dev
npm needs libssl1.0-dev

Any solution?
