[saucy] npm refuses to run with current nodejs version (v0.10.15)

Looks like nodejs package was updated but npm wasn't, and it refuses to run on the newer version.

I have requested syncs from debian for npm and the needed, updated dependencies. This should be fixed when all those are built in Ubuntu.
