Bug Description
Since an upgrade to Precise the color of the notification bubbles of notify OSD depends on the color of the wallpaper. From my point of view this isn't a feature but a regression. From my point of view this isn't precise or nice. So please bring back the clear and precise black/gray backgroundcolor or at least a possibility to change the color!
