Changing the volume slows flash performance

When I'm watching a video using flash (ie Megavideo) and I change the volume the video begins to freeze as long as the volume indicator is shown.

Thanks a lot for the bug report Jonas.

Can you try to do the same in a regular GNOME/Ubuntu Desktop session? My intuition tells me that it's not caused by Unity 2D.

Hello, Florian, I did it in the Gnome Desktop enviroment wathcing youtube and the performance did not seem to be affected.

Hi Florian I test it with Megavideo in the Gnome Desktop and the result is a slow performance, so please mark this as unvalid for Unity-2d but I think that it must be opened or moved to another instance. Thanks.

Thanks for the testing Jonas. By 'volume indicator' did you mean the volume indicator in the flash video? or the Ubuntu volume slider in the sound menu of the panel (top)?

I meat the Ubuntu indicator at the upper right corner, the one that's a black rectangle with white sings, it's the same that appears when you receive a tweet from gwibber and a message from a contact in empathy.
