Bug Description

Binary package hint: notify-osd

There is no way to disable notifications. We need a way to disable notifications when notifications are not wanted by the user.

For example, when doing a presentation with a projector, someone may want to turn off notifications avoiding the possibility of getting notifications like this:

"wife: bring home some milk, also my sister is coming for dinner" (RL example)
