connection popup does not display properly

Bug Description
1. Ubuntu 9.10 i386
2. package and version unknown
3. I expected the popup not to disappear when the mouse is moved over it.
4. When you move the mouse pointer over the connection popup it disappears and reappears when the mouse pointer is moved away. This also affects Ubuntu 10.04.
