Bug Description

Binary package hint: notify-osd

Using Lucid. When I receieve a chat notification from Empathy, the first one appears correctly, but a second one appears in the top left corner, and I am unable to make it disappear on mouse over. I can click through it though. See the screen shot for details.

This bug seems to appear only if compiz is not running as this comment on a similar bug describes https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/notify-osd/+bug/559279/comments/4
