Bug Description

Binary package hint: notification-daemon

Gnome Notifiaction popup has vertical offset, also changing position to e.g. top-left or bottom-right in notification-properties does not change the position. Notifications in my Ubuntu 9.04 instalation worked fine and showed up top-right just under the gnome bar. In the attached screenshot the notification position is set to 'bottom-right', but shows up somewhere on the top.

Same problem here. since the version update 9.04 > 9.10
