Bug Description

Binary package hint: notify-osd

After the latest upgrade, notifications are shown vertically centered instead of in the upper right corner where the notification panel is.

Looking through the notify-osd source, it seems this is an *enhancement*, identified with PLACEMENT_NEW in the source, and set in bubble_new() with no way of changing it. How is having bubbles appear in the middle of nowhere an improvement?

@Mark Nevill: I think that might be for the necessary amount of surprise every user should be entitled to :P ...

Anyway, I grepped through all the GConf files and couldn't find any setting for that.
