notification bubles are shown over confirmation bubles

After the new positioning described here https://wiki.ubuntu.com/NotifyOSD#Outside%20the%20bubble , notification bubbles are shown over the halfway line if they occur while a confirmation bubble is being shown. The other way around works fine. See attached.

Javier, have you tried to reproduce this with the ubuntu2 revision of notify-osd 0.9.21? There was a packaging issue with the first uploaded version of 0.9.21.

Hi. Now the notifications have been moved again to the top of the screen, but they still overlap. Not only notification over confirmation, but the other way around too.

By the way, I think I must say that with the new version the problem cannot be triggered at will (maybe it's not the same bug):
Sometimes it works (the confirmation bubles are in the upper slot and the notification bubles show right below just fine), but when it start working wrong, it continues to do so until notify-osd crashes or restarts.

In order to properly debug this, we need to find a deterministic way to reproduce it.
