notification-daemon doesn't work properly (it always stay on the top right when I want it on the bottom)

Bug Description

If I select any position of the notification (by notification-properties) it always stays on the top right of the screen when I want it on the bottom right)

OS: Ubuntu 9.04

I just saw the same thing running current karmic (as of 23rd August); notification properties seems to ignore the corner and always goes top right.
