notify-osd doesn't changes theme or position

Bug Description

Binary package hint: notify-osd

It doesn't matter what I set inside the configuration editor or notification-properties. The notification always appears the upper right corner and also has always the dark theme.

My screenshot is german. "Unten rechts" means "lower right".
