new jaunty notifications don't show up when mouse is on a separate xscreen

I'm running two XScreens on two monitors, set up with nvidia-settings on an GeForce 9600 M GT. (Fresh Jaunty Alpha 6 install, nvidia 180.37 driver)
If my mouse is on the primary xscreen, the notifications show up as they're supposed to, everything works fine.

But if my mouse pointer is located on the other XScreen, the notification pops up, but disappears immediately. It stays visible long enough to be notified, but its uptime might be one or two frames.

As there's no way to configure the notifications I can't try enabling them on both XScreens (so running a second notify-osd server there), and I don't have the time to check out the code unfortunately.

There's nothing libnotify to this bug, except maybe having apps sending screen numbers with notifications, but to me that seems wrong. The daemon needs to make sure notifications are staying on the screen for the correct amount of time, and are displayed on the right screen (which probably means "always on the same screen", and not just spawning notifications on whatever screen the sending app happens to be on).

Notification-daemon probably suffers from a similar multi-head bug, but 'jaunty new notifications' -> notify-osd.
