Setting notification location has no effect

Bug Description

Setting pop-up notification preferences like "bottom right", "top left" etc have no effect in the current version of Feb 23. I also don't see a change in selecting default or Ubuntu theme.

I'm seeing this too.

I'm running metacity so I have the less-sexy opaque notifications.

Notify OSD doesn't support the position hints.
