Bug Description
Wily login screen shows an all black notification bubble. No idea what it says, obviously.

Same problem, also from a network connection notification. This is a regression since Vivid.

Seems to be caused by changes in gtk+-3.16 as doing a test downgrade to gtk+-3.14 has the notification appear properly.

it's something going wrong with the new gtk, does it probably when there is no compositor (it does the same under wmaker), ld_preloading older gtk makes it work
