I'm using 16.04 and get this error sometimes when I get a successful VPN via OpenConnect.
Sometimes I can get a successful VPN without the error-message.
But the error-message does *NOT* happen if the VPN didn't work.

My bug got redirected to this one. I am not sure why - I'll paste the description regardless:

No idea how to reproduce.

I need to daily switch the "Play sound through" option because I plug my USB headset daily on and off. So, I have, countless times, clicked the Speaker --> Sound Options, swapped the device, closed the window, and then changed the volume. However, today it crashed.
