Bug Description

Binary package hint: notification-daemon

While trying notification-properties on an up to date Jaunty I noticed that it's settings are ignored. I tried to change the location of the notification area but it always stays on the upper right corner.

Reproduce:

- launch notification-properties via shell or system=>properties,
- change Position,
- click "Preview"
