spanish translation does not fit the pop-up

Bug Description

I'll attach a png describing it. I think that the popup size is always the same,
insensitive to the locale. In Spanish, we must read "La batería está recargada
completamente".
It'd be a good idea to wrap the text into two lines instead of to change the
size of pop-up, due to use the blank space.

thx

PS: maybe this bug could be related to applets package, but I think that if the
notification-daemon autofit the text, there will be no problems with other
future programs that use it.

The problem are both packages. The appliet shouldn't have such a big text for
the stuff that is set in bold. Something like "<big<b>Battery</b></big>" and
then in normal caps: "The battery is fully charged now".

Still the notification-daemon should be able to wrap over long text.
