Bug Description
When I rebooted after upgrading, I got a notification bubble about restricted drivers.
This said 'Click this icon to open thingy preferences'.
I tried clicking the icon in the bubble -- no result.
I noticed the bubble had a pointy bit that pointed to the Applications menu -- this just opens the applications menu ;)
I later realized this probably should have pointed to the Restricted Drivers icon in the Notification Area panel applet.

I saw this while testing the gutsy 20070823 d-i i386 cd. It's probably related to bug 40696.
