[notepad] can't create a long content note

Tested with image 2013 29 Aug.
Current situation:
A long note could be created (ie note content goes behind OSK area). But after collapsing the note, and expanding it again- the OSK covers the note content even though the cursor is at the end of note.

Desired behaviour:
When editing a long note, the note should move in view to where the cursor is, above OSK.

Can you define what you mean by "long content" ? How long does it have to be to show the problem and what do you mean exactly with "can't create" ? What prevents the note from being created ?

The keyboard covers the whole note making it impossible to scroll/edit the note. This problem can be illustrated when the height of the note extends beyond the start of the keyboard. There's also no way of collapsing the note to save.
