Bug Description

notary/0.1~ds1-1 currently FTBFS in Bionic. A build dependency seems to be missing:

src/github.com/docker/notary/cmd/notary-server/main.go:25:2: cannot find package "github.com/Sirupsen/logrus/hooks/bugsnag" in any of:
 /usr/lib/go-1.10/src/github.com/Sirupsen/logrus/hooks/bugsnag (from $GOROOT)
 /<<PKGBUILDDIR>>/obj-x86_64-linux-gnu/src/github.com/Sirupsen/logrus/hooks/bugsnag (from $GOPATH)
