Please lower verbosity of nosetests noting that the profile module is not installed

Bug Description

The nosetests command complains loudly about the missing profile Python module.

/var/lib/python-support/python2.4/nose/plugins/__init__.py:154: RuntimeWarning: Unable to load plugin profile = nose.plugins.prof:Profile: No module named profile
  warn("Unable to load plugin %s: %s" % (ep, e), RuntimeWarning)

This is related to this bug:

I refuse to install non-free software, so please can you shut nose up when it can't find this module.
