Bug Description
Despite the error messages the program overwrites the original file with the tail is lost:
$ normalize-ogg k01.ogg
Decoding k01.ogg...
Running normalize...
Audio File Library: unable to write data (disk full) -- wrote 90965994 out of 0 frames [error 6]
Audio File Library: unable to write data (disk full) -- wrote 91207658 out of 0 frames [error 6]
Re-encoding k01.ogg...
