Bug Description
nomad-driver-lxc has a build dependency on package golang-
We have dropped the nomad package. So we cannot build nomad-driver-lxc.
The nomad-driver-lxc package should be added to the sync-blacklist to avoid the same issue occurring again after a Debian package update.

Removing packages from lunar-proposed:
nomad-driver-lxc 0.3.0-2 in lunar
Comment: Depends on nomad which FTBFS; Debian bug #994214
1 package successfully removed.
However, we don't want to blacklist this because nomad itself is not blacklisted; both packages should be allowed to come back into Ubuntu automatically once nomad itself is fixed.
