Bug Description

Hi,

I'd like to make a feature request for a NodeJS package that is built with ./configure --openssl-fips (see [1]) so that it is FIPS compliant or built so that it can be dynamically linked to a system FIPS certified OpenSSL (like the the OpenSSL available with Ubuntu Pro).

Ideally, this would result in a FIPS compliant package that can be installed like:
apt install nodejs-fips

This is for Ubuntu 20.04 LTS.

ubuntu@test-focal:~$ node -v
v10.19.0

Please let me know if you need more information or clarification.
