Solver for Non-Linear Programming Gone in Yakkety

As the title says. This used to be provided by a separate source package, nlpsolver .

This is gone in both Debian Sid and Yakkety. In debian, they have integrated this into the libreoffice source, which now provides the deb libreoffice-nlpsolver which used to come from nlpsolver. This has not been brought into the Ubuntu version however.

Simple fix would be to copy the relevant packaging from debian.

I confirm that in the absence of this package the workaround is to download and dpkg -i the package http://ftp.debian.org/debian/pool/main/libr/libreoffice/libreoffice-nlpsolver_0.9+LibO5.2.4-2_all.deb (this link works today but will break) from debian.

The extension from the openoffice (since not available from libreoffice) extension site is not working.

Ubuntu 16.10 "Yakkety" reached end of life in July.

libreoffice-nlpsolver is available in Ubuntu 17.04 and 17.10.
