Bug Description

miniupnpc package should be listed in the software center as a related add-on to nicotine plus.

Without that user is unable to use UPnP features which are rather required in most home environments.

It could be also confusing as in oneiric nicotine plus asks about enabling UPnP in the configuration wizard that appears just after first run, without checking if miniupnpc is installed.

To make it "just works" look'n'feel, I recommend adding miniupnpc as a dependency in the "nicotine" package or at least list it as an add-on in the Software Center.
