Bug Description

Adios2 does not support 32-bit builds and Build-Depends on architecture-is-64-bit.

The package currently FTBFS but that doesn't change the need to remove it.

I recursively ran the following, stopping at branches with no "armhf" binary package (I did not do the same check for i386 which I expect to be strictly narrower):

  reverse-depends -a armhf -r plucky -R -l src:adios2
  reverse-depends -a armhf -r plucky -R -l -b src:adios2

The final list is:
- adios2
- fenics-dolfinx
- fenicsx-performance-tests
- ngspetsc

These two appear as reverse-depends but don't matter because they don't have armhf binary packages:
- dolfinx-mpc
- paraview
