Looks like a configuration file got deleted and nginx failed on the update-triggered restart:
nginx: [emerg] open() "/etc/nginx/
I'm setting this as Incomplete for now. If you agree this the issue you hit was local configuration issue and not a bug in Ubuntu please change the bug status to Invalid. Thanks!
