Default configuration on Xenial invalid for php7.0-fpm

This is a recurrence of Bug #1547642.

The path for php7.0-fpm's socket is /var/run/php/php7.0-fpm.sock, not /var/run/php7.0-fpm.sock. This needs updated in the default configurations.
