Default index.html blindly overwritten

Bug Description

The default /usr/share/nginx/www/index.html file was blindly overwritten with the 'Welcome to Nginx' one. Ubuntu 12.04, Nginx 1.1.19. This took down a server and also meant code loss (as, unfortunately, the backup wasn't up to date).

Can you please investigate? I'm concerned about it happening again. It's the same as bug 1194074, though I'm opening a new one as that one expired. Thanks.
