nfsv4 idmap client requires nfsd module to be loaded

Bug Description

Binary package hint: nfs-common

nfsd seems to be responsible for some files in /proc/net/rpc for the nametoid and idtoname stuff. nfs-common does not load nfsd. Even when idmap is set to yes.

Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and help to improve Ubuntu.

In nfs-common 1:1.1.2-6 and above, the nfsd module does get loaded before starting idmapd.
