Bug Description

  affects ubuntu/nfs-utils
  affects ubuntu/debhelper

When using systemd as init on Ubuntu 14.10, nfs-common fails to configure, with
the following error:

Setting up nfs-common (1:1.2.8-9ubuntu1.1) ...
Failed to issue method call: Unit statd.service failed to load: No such file or
directory.
invoke-rc.d: initscript statd, action "restart" failed.
dpkg: error processing package nfs-common (--configure):
subprocess installed post-installation script returned error exit status 6
dpkg: dependency problems prevent configuration of nfs-kernel-server:
 nfs-kernel-server depends on nfs-common (= 1:1.2.8-9ubuntu1.1); however:
Package nfs-common is not configured yet.

dpkg: error processing package nfs-kernel-server (--configure):
 dependency problems - leaving unconfigured
Errors were encountered while processing:
 nfs-common
 nfs-kernel-server

The problem seems to come from a snippet added by dh_installinit.
