This is clearly a packaging issue as I could compile the GH master on hirsute per the repo instructions w/o issues.

I don't see any stack trace. Please add to it to this bug.

Can't reproduce the issue after a recent upgrade so it's probably safe to close this issue. I'll open a new issue should this resurface.
