Whiptail "OK" dialog is unresponsive.

Bug Description

Trying to install sun-java5-jre and (I think) console-data presents the same problem. In java's case it's a license agreement, and with console-data it's some other information. The info is displayed with an "OK" dialog, but it is unresponsive to the enter key as well as (see bug #31207) esc, ctrl-c and any other attempt to exit gracefully.

If I hit tab then enter, my life is saved. Should be able to just hit enter.

Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. You reported this bug a while ago and there hasn't been any activity in it recently. We were wondering is this still an issue for you? Can you try with latest Ubuntu release? Thanks in advance.

I just ran into the same issue attempting to install sun-java6-jdk on Ubuntu Gutsy 7.10. Fortunately the tab suggestion above bailed me out.
