Bug Description

aws ec2 t2.micro instance
ubuntu server 14.04
create two subnets on a VPC
add two network cards to the VM
add an ip for each subnet
launch

eth1 wont be enable on boot.
adding /etc/network/interfaces.d/eth1.cfg
OR
adding /etc/network/interfaces
"auto eth1
iface eth1 inet dhcp"
reboot

*machine is unreachable*
