Bug Description
Binary package hint: network-manager
A user who can only connect through a VPN cannot download and install this package so has to have/use another computer to get it.
I think this is wrong and should be changed
Ian

Marking as a duplicate of bug 801283; n-m-vpnc would be nice to have on the CD; but unfortunately it's dependent on having all its dependencies in Main, which is blocked by the review of vpnc. Until vpnc is approved by the security team, we can't move n-m-vpnc to main, and until that can be done we can't ship it on the CD.
