EXPECTED: Return from suspend/hibernate ENABLES wireless.

ACTUAL: Network Manager Applet shows message "wireless is disabled". Reboot is required for wireless service.

Ubuntu is being eco-unfriendly by not fixing this problem. It means stations have to avoid power-save mode to keep their wireless usable.

Being that this is the WIFI manager, I'm shocked that Ubuntu has taken no notice of this.
