Bug Description
I have a network configured with WEP and the passphrase is stored in the keyring.
When network-manager starts and sees this network, it asks for a password to unlock the keyring. If I choose "Deny", it asks me for a new WEP key.
I think it should just not connect instead of asking for the WEP again.
