Network manager cannot start

Bug Description

When starting gnome, the network manager applet can't start.

A dialog box appear with this text :
'The NetworkManager applet could not find some required resources. It cannot continue.'

Wifi connection is working properly

are you using dapper flight6 release?if yes did you get the same problem also in breezy?

Known bug, several duplicates exist. Please run sudo
gtk-update-icon-cache -f /usr/share/icons/hicolor
