Bug Description

I have installed ubuntu dapper beta from the liveCD. Since Network Manager was advertised on the testing/dapperbeta page I thought I'd try it. An apt-get install network-manager-gnome later it was installed. But it was not available in the "add to panel" list. And when I tried to run nm-applet manually this appeared in the terminal:

** (nm-applet:6454): WARNING **: Icon nm-vpn-lock missing: Icon 'nm-vpn-lock' not present in theme

(nm-applet:6454): GLib-GObject-CRITICAL **: g_object_unref: assertion `G_IS_OBJECT (object)' failed

The second message was repeated many times. 20-30.

A dialog with a title "Error" came up. I can't quite remember what it said... It popped up the first few times I tried to run nm-applet. Now nm-applet is running, without errors or a panel applet.

Changed in network-manager:
