nm-applet doesn't start

Bug Description

On a brand new install of Daily CD, not configuring network at startup (Installer can't find my wireless essid), apt-getting (and synaptic-ing) network-manager and network-manager-gnome, i have an error box saying :
"
The NetworkManager applet could not find some required resources. It cannot continue.
"
On the console, i have those messages :
"
** (nm-applet:5918): WARNING **: Icon nm-vpn-lock missing: L'icône « nm-vpn-lock » n'est pas présente dans le thème

(nm-applet:5918): GLib-GObject-CRITICAL **: g_object_unref: assertion `G_IS_OBJECT (object)' failed
"
last sentence repeated 53 times.

Hardware is a brand new Lenovo/Thinkpad Z60m, lspci last line is
"
0000:14:02.0 Network controller: Intel Corporation PRO/Wireless 2915ABG MiniPCI Adapter (rev 05)
"
