On password change nm-connection-manager is not able to get access to default keyring and so u can never change password!!!!

Bug Description

If you change password nm-connection-manager stops working properly.... it is unable to get access to the default keyring... so it asks for password indefinitely.... this is very harmful from security point of view as you cannot change your password.... need's care .... please release an update for this soon....
