NetworkManager is unable to reconnect WPA2 after restarting

Bug Description
If I right click on menu "wireless network" in nm-applet causing to turn off wireless network, and later I check it again to turn it on - Network Manager is unable to reconnect to my access point. The same problem occurs when I restart service by hand:
# service NetworkManager restart
until I restart system I am unable to connect to WPA2 network.
Laptop: eeepc 1000h
Distro: eeebuntu standard (8.10 interpid)
Wireless: rt2800sta (802.11n)
Kernel: 2.6.27-8-eeepc
Access point: Dlink DWL-900AP+
Operating mode: Access Point (Managed), WPA-PSK
Rate: 1-2-5-11mbit (802.11b)
Long Preamble, SSID Broadcast Enabled.
IP address: static (no dhcp enabled), IP and settings customized
network-manager version: 0.7~~svn2008101

I attached logs from wpa_supplicant - during connection to my SSID=1MKAP
can anybody confirm similar behavior?
