Bug Description
Linux has definitivly a problem with processor charge, and he prove it again with network manager that use 20 % of processor only on wireless network list display.
Look the videocast.

The issue that you reported is one that should be reproducible with the live environment of the Desktop CD of the development release the Karmic Koala.
