I'm experiencing exact same bug when connecting my mobile to PC. Please see the attached shot.

I could not find to which other report you were referring when you said this one is a duplicate or if you were meaning something else. So I'm confirming the report. Please correct if I was wrong and mark this bug as a duplicate of the appropriate bug.
