Binary package hint: network-manager
It is not possible to use a phone as 3G modem over bluetooth using the current configuration dialogs.

Its possible using 0.6 to set my device as /dev/rfcomm0, but I have upgraded to 0.7 because it supposedly supports detection of the modem connected status. But 0.7 does not let me set up my device.
